Develop - Buy - Invest

Golconda Property Group takes a 3 tier approach to the South-East Queensland property market. Develop, Buy, Invest. We see the future of the residential market as extremely strong. The covid pandemic created a 'lifestyle' movement north to the river city from the southern states. An increase in population, combined with the difficulties associated with construction post covid, has driven an extreme lack of supply in property. Increasing demand, without a suitable increase in supply will continue to push prices of South-East Qld property up, particularly leading into the 2032 Olympic games. Chat to us today to discuss options on how best to develop, buy, or invest with us!

Who We Are

Golconda Property Group is the brainchild of Director Ben Cutting and wife Erin Holland. As a professional cricketer since 2006, the 'Learn or Earn' directive throughout Ben's playing career, led him to the Real Estate Industry. He has been investing & managing his property returns since 2009. Ben's extensive knowledge of the residential sector has led to a successful portfolio of investment properties, focusing on high growth, blue chip locations throughout South-East Qld. Ben has completed his REIQ Real Estate Licence Training and is an accredited Real Estate agent.

What is 'Golconda'?

The origination of the name 'Golconda' stems from Ben's time spent in India. Golconda is a 14th century fortress on the outskirts of Hyderabad, Telangana. Golconda translates to a 'source of great wealth' in a nod to its history as the source of some of the world's most famous diamonds. The city of Hyderabad remains close to Ben's heart following his Sunrisers Hyderabad win and MOM performance in the 2016 Indian Premier League Final.
